10 years ago: I was 14 and in 8th grade at Elkridge Middle school in South Jordan. I was living in Riverton, and thought Junior High was about the crappiest thing in the whole wide world. I was busy with Gymnastics, and friends...and if I remember correctly had my first boy call me. I was tying up the phone for at least 3 hours a day talking to him and his friends. Radny Petry. Favorite band Mariah Carey or Ace of Base
5 Years Ago: May 30th 2003...19 years old and probably at Chris's Graduation. I had just finished my first semester of college which included Latin Ballroom and Yoga classes. Smart I know. But see, that was my plan. Get all of the fun classes out of the way right in the beginning so that for the rest of my college experience I would only have stressful and boring classes left...pretty smart huh? Favorite band...Life house or John Mayer.
5 Months ago: I had just finished my first semester back at college in four years. Planning on going into English. I got a 3.8, my first since my sophomore year of Highschool. lol. I realized that I hated English and wanted nothing to do with it, so I began looking into the Nursing program. Had a wonderful 1st Christmas with my husband, and was still enjoying the cold weather. Favorite band: KT Tungstall, Jack Johnson, and Feist.
5 Things on my To Do List:
1) Finish this semester with A's.
2) Keep my sanity
3) Get my whimpy self to the gym
4) Fold the laundry
5) Homework
5 Things I would do if I was a billionaire:
1) Quit my job, and just finish school
2) Take photgraphy lessons
3) Get a nice house
4) Pay off both of our parents houses
5) Travel the World
5 1/2) Take my husband to a red sox game...or maybe just buy them for christmas.
5 Places I have lived:
1)Cedar Hills, UT
2) Boca Raton, FL
3) Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii
4) El Paso, TX
5) Tucson, AZ

I will Survive!!
That's right, I'm still alive! The last two weeks have been absolutely exhausting.
5:30 am-Wake Up
6:30 leave to school or work
7:00 Class or work
5:00 Tutoring at Lehi
6:30 Make dinner
7:30 Clean up & Laundry (if time)
8:00 Begin Homework
10:30 Bed
So that's been my schedule, add in there reading books every three days, Lots of math homework and studying for math tests, time at the math lab, Book reports and literature projects, and extra tutoring and volunteering on friday afternoon at two elementary schools, one in orem and the other in cedar hills not to mention life, and being sick on top of everything.
Yup, that's been my life. Maybe it doesn't sound very busy, but oh man it feels like it. My mind is constantly racing and I feel like I'm constantly going. And my gas tank is feeling it to. With all of this driving back and forth I feel like I've spent a mini fortune on gas. lol.
Thankfully, I've finished my required tutoring hours for the semester and am feeling a lot better. I'm surviving in math, and have managed to pull off decent scores on my tests up to this point. Unfortunately, I passed on my cold to Chris who is currently laying on the couch, and going in and out of consciousness. Poor guy.
Only three and a half weeks left until this semester is over, and Chris and I can't wait! We have been going non-stop for way too long now...especially Chris. He is looking forward to taking a break and enjoying the last few weeks of summer. I'll be taking a lighter load for the next couple semesters which will be really nice. So I know this is a pretty boring post, but it's better than nothing. My brain is exhausted...I'm going to bed. :)

Yeah, it's been a while. It'a amazing how school starts and life takes a back seat. Chris and I try to squeeze in fun things to keep us going. We love the Salt Lake Real games. If you have never been to one, go! They are a blast! We both had wanted to go to the LA Galaxy vs. SL Real game, but we thought it would be too expensive. My wonderful and amazing husband decided that he would check the day before the game to see what deals we could get, and he found an amazing one. Two tickets, great seats for $20. So we jumped on it. Now, before we were married, I would have never been able to recognize players, but times have changed. I now not only recognize some of the players on both teams, but I can also recognize athletes from other sports...and even the voices of ESPN announcers. lol. I secretely love it though. Sorry i'm getting a bit off track... Anyway, it was an amazing game, and very close. One of my favorite players on the LA Galaxy is Landon Donovan. I've always liked him, but in this game I saw him act like a kindergartner and shove somebody after the ball was out of bounds. I was disappointed in him, and I even mentioned something about it to Chris who made the comment I'm already thinking like an elementary teacher. lol. By the end of the game though I forgave him and he's still one of my favorites. To be honest I was very impressed with David Becham. I actually saw him score two goals, and both times he bent the ball. It was impressive. The rest of the stadium seemed to be very impressed with him too. Although most were supporters of Real SL, everybody cheered when he made those goals. At one point Real had to take a penalty shot, and somebody from the stands behind us shouted "Hey Becham! Will you kick it for us?" Everybody around us started laughing, and shouting similar things. Then later, Becham had to pick up the ball out of bounds and when he bent over to pick it up, all the women in the stands behind him started screaming. lol. Suddenly we were in a stadium of 13 year old girls. But that was nothing compared to the end of the game when he took off his jersey and gave it to somebody in the crowd. The entire stadium went silent, and everybody just stared at how much his body looked like a picture. I'll admit I looked, but so was everybody else. lol. The game was a blast, and completely worth it! We can't wait for the stadium to be finished so we can watch the games up there...and one day when we're rich we'll buy season tickets. GO Real Salt Lake! Woooo!
